How long will it take to receive my items?

Our team at Crystal’s Corner is working hard to ensure that all orders are being processed in a timely manner. Orders will be shipped 5-7 business days from the day your order is placed.

What is your return/exchange policy?

Due to the fast pace of our changing inventory, ALL items are final sales! However, if you receive a damaged or defected item, please contact us at: lacrystalscorner@gmail.com. Within 3 days of receiving your order(s)/items. Someone from our customer care team will contact you with an immediate resolution. A Boutique credit will be issued if necessary.

What is your cancellation policy?

Once your order has been placed, it CAN NOT be changed or cancelled!

Will an “Out Of Stock” item be restocked?

Restocks happen when items are in high demand. To be notified when items are back in stock, Please sign up for our subscription with your email address.

What are your payment methods?

We accept PayPal, Square and All major credit cards. Buy Now Pay Later options will be available at a later date.

Why am I being charged a sales tax?

Sales Tax is required in the State of Texas in accordance with State law, we must charge sales tax.

What is the shipping policy?

All orders will be shipped 5-7 business from the day your order is placed. USPS is our primary carrier for shipping at Crystal’s Corner. We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages, incorrect addresses, or unclaimed/refused packages. Please make sure your email address, shipping address and phone number is entered correctly. We will not be responsible for any incorrect information. Once your order is shipped, we will provide you with a tracking number so that you may keep up with your package until it arrives. If you do not receive your package(s) please make a claim with USPS using the tracking number, you were provided. All pre-orders will be shipped on or around the estimated ship date indicated in the item description, if your order contains a pre-order the entire order will ship on the same date.

Will you refund the shipping charges on my parcels?

Shipping fees are NON-REFUNDABLE!

What is the pickup policy?

We also offer local pickup. Simply select local pickup at checkout to avoid shipping fees. Pickup orders will be available 24-48 hours after order is placed. We will contact you via text to arrange pick-up.
